Because you asked if if it runs on vista I will assume you have it and will say this:
VISTA SUCKS *** AND YOU MUST DO THIS TO SAVE YOURSELF

with 99% certainty it will work on Vista.

As for the specs, I guess you'd need something like an X1800 or Geforce 7800 at the least.

I have a computer with a X1800GTO and one with a X1900GT (2gigs RAM in both). I don't think those will be able to run at any high resolutions, 10x7 at the most, probably not even that (heck, the X1800GTO with 1.5gb ram and a A64 3500+ couldn't handle SCDA at 10x7

a nice SLI or Crossfire. I won't even mention dual core processor or 2GB DDR3 RAM.

You will get it for only $5000....and it will still be running on 20fps 800x600 and low detail
