I was trying to download the HIGH CONTRAST lift lines from BIOHAZARD's site, but as I understand it, they are having server problems. So I thought I'd just take the LIFT LINES mod and modify it myself. There is a file called EXTRACTTEXTURES.exe, but I don't know how to use it. I've tried OPEN WITH options for the files, but it doesn't do anything. What do I need to do?

The best place by far to ask questions about modifying Lock On graphics is the Lock On Skinners forum

It's not listed on the Lock On front page but you can always reach it from any forum by using the LOCK ON link at the top of any forum.
