sorry guys, my only movie preview choice tonite was Collateral, and for some reason, I really just don't want to see that movie. Theres something about Tom Cruise's hair, and the way its filmed, and the plot, just makes me go ....ehh

Oh well, in one week, i'll have a review up here for Alien vs. Predator!

Anyways, here's a poll for you guys. I was talking to my GM at work, and we were talking about some modern theaters using Disk media to project movies, instead of traditional film. While I've never used, or seen this method, im sure picture and sound are much more clear and vibrant, and making up the movie (a more difficult part of my job, splicing together 5-8 reels to make the movie) would be much easier if it's just one big disk. What do you think about disk media in theaters? Would you rather see movies on classic film media, or a clear, digital image projected from a disk?

Ah, but then a lot of people would be out of jobs. So I stick with traditional film, besides which how else can people get frames from movies and ebay them???

Also take into consideration that digital media would also aid piracy of film to no end! It'd mean though that a lot of cinemas would get the movies faster. hmmm

    I voted traditional anyway
