I can not understand why R63 will not be allowing players to jump. Either over a rail and down the stairs to escape gun fire or off a ledge to suprise an enemy why on earth would this NOT be a good thing in multiplayer. You should reconsider your thoughts on this. In the faqs it talks about how real world operatives would not do such things. Little hint multiplayer gamers WOULD.

If real operatives don't jump so the operative in RvS shouldn't jump either. Even if a "few" probaly quake or unreal fans want it. Playing unreal 2003 I notice that the one how jumps the best wins and that plain out sux if u want a bit of realism. Wouldn't you vault over a rail, and run down stairs (jumping would mean you'd end up falling down the stairs once you hit). And wouldn't you walk off a ledge? I don't see why you would "jump" (in the traditional videogame sense) in any of these situations. And I can make a long list of why it would "NOT" be a good thing in multiplayer

I beleive the developers (and gamers) have reconsiderd our thoughts about jumping, and do you know what? We still don't want it.

And to stereotype all multiplayer gamers as jumpers, is alittle off.

okay first i', going to say ur a cs moron. And second if u want to know serch teh damn forum cuz many ******s like ur self who love jumping all over the place that asked teh same question. i'm suprosedi even saw another topic of jumping when the demo is so close

AS well as the jumping would you propose the DEV's added a life bar with 100% and each time you got hit it went down 10-20%? RVS is not a UT clone, I'm sorry but your stereotypical views are flawed, not all gamers want jumping in a realistic game, infact I'd like to find even a handful of people that would...
