I can't believe a company such as UBI can be so stupid the way it goes about this sort of thing.
Ok,with all respect to those unfortunate persons who suffer from this awful handicap I sympathize,I can't imagine what it must be like to suffer from this awful handicap.
I can also see that a company such as UBI would not want to be responsable for bringing on an attack of eplepsy and therefore has to cover themselves by incorporating such measures as they have.
But,and it's a 'BIG BUT'why the hell can't they have a patch that all non sufferers, such as the majority dictates can download to bypass this filter.
That way surely they could please everyone.
I can't profess to understand why if you suffer from eplepsy and you know this sort of gaming could bring on an attack you'd be playing it anyway, but it does smack of stupity.
I/we the majority of this forum have waited a very long time for this game to appear. Now days away from it's release we here news of this eplepsy filter, there has been no mention of this before now,so yes we have been totally misguided.
No wonder then why we have'nt seen much in the way of game infomation, these people have wanted to keep this under wraps.
I think it is time to cancel orders, until such times as we are given a patch or fix to get around this.
I hope you take note UBI,your company is with out doubt the most imcompetent I have ever had the displeasure to do business with.
No wonder why you took and banked our money before dispatching the goods,I can't imagine Amazon a creditable company resorting to this low form of trading.
I for one will never buy from you again, and from what I have read here on this particular forum I am not alone by far.
''Never fly straight and level for more than 30 seconds in the combat area''
For me there is not a problem whit a sim like Silent Hunter or A 10C black shark etc BUT if i play FPS say Quake and those games after some time i feel sick so i have to eat something then i feel better. And i am Fully healthy
And someone could do a patch or crack to get rid of that filter?
If it is a problem
What you are describing is NOT the same issue. About 20% of the population suffers from 3D induced nausea when playing fast moving 3D games.. its very common. I also get it but usually only in games where you run through tunnels with movement on all sides etc.
