UPDATE: - DLC Codes.... - We're pleased to say this issue is now resolved.

UPDATE: - Ubi Store Game downloads - We're pleased to say this issue is now resolved.

We are currently experiencing difficulties with fulfilling digital downloads of Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood via UbiShop. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and are working positively furiously to restore service as quickly as we possibly can. We hope to have this issue resolved very, very soon so that you will be able to play!

i cant dowload ACB, the download manager says that the file isnt on ubisoft server... How i download it so?

I am aware of a few people having similar problems and trying to find out what the issue is, in the meantime please contact support who can hopefully help

Hello everyone.
I have a problem with Ubisoft Game Laucnher. When it update, in 34% launcher closed. I have a log file and it says:

Same problem all over again and again.

Cant find the file on the server when i start the ACB file in the downloader.

Please get this sorted ASAP, realy frustrating to pay for something online to get it smooth and simple and this ****t is what you get..

I also have problem with the download manager. File not found blabla, however the file size appears as 7972.53MB. I am guessing if the file can not be found how the file size could be obtained though.

Please keep us posted how the investigation goes. I have no problem providing traceroutes or anything helps.

Or a direct link would be useful as well.

Had the same problem but it's working now. I just deleted the download manager exe and the autocreated folders and downloaded the file again from the e-mail I received.

I dont know if this happens to everyone, but i cannot be on multiplayer for more than 2 minutes, then it says that i lost connection, and afterwards it just says that ubisoft is down, and ill have to check back later. I know its launch date and everything on the pc version, but doesnt sound like other people have this issue?

Help plox.
