Seriously... either use SEARCH- or test it out yourself.... if it hasn't been posted- chances are that you could be the first to discover.

I actualy did this , Just to find out what happens. Not on purpose mind you, I was making dinner, came back and my char had colasped and was gasping for air.
Does maliria kill you? no.
But it will make u unable to play the game.
First you start keeping symptoms, your vision starts failing, ur eyes start seeing bubbley crap on the screen for a few seconds, the longer you go on without taking pills, the more frequent it becomes, Untill you've allmost blacked out, then you colapse on the ground gasping for air, unable to do anything accept pop a pill.
I have run out of pills a few times. The character poors a pill out of the plastic jar theyre in then looks at it and sees theres nothing in there. Then a while later the same thing happens, I poor out a pill then look inside the plastic jar to see its empty. So it seems the empty jar is only a graphical thing. You allways have pills and dont actualy need to do those passport missions. It was probably something they took out of the game due to time constraints or that it wasnt very much fun to have ur player die of malaria. Either that or you only die on hard?
If you run out of pills you will have a couple of malaria attacks and then one where you end up blacking out and waking up with the good doctor in the hospital. You get "fixed up" with pills but only enough to get you through to a safe house to retrieve more pills in exchange for travel documents. That's in all three mods.
Not me, I ran out of pills and died from malaria. After the loading sequence the screen is completly white and I can't do anything. No HUD, no map, no weapons....Just a white screen with some sound. Glitch?
