1. Wait for BiA SDK to be released.
2. Install SDK.
3. Run BiA version of UnrealED and select the sound you want.
4. Export to .wav file.
5. Profit.

Yeah, the SDK was great, now my Program error sound is:"F***, everyone's hit" and my start Windows sound is:"I'm tired of assaulting factories and mills, I could have done that in Kansas.
