I have started painting skins for il2, just playing around at it nothing major but I was wondering if there was a utility that would let you veiw the skin as a plane rather that opening and closing your game hundreds of times, or is this just the only way.

Hey Kawilder m8. I created a shortcut to this thread and put it in the Paint Schemes forum. You can get to it from here or over in that forum.

i leave the game running as well as photoshop and use the window key to drop it down onto the windows bar and select the other programme
so both are running at once...when you swop slins in the folder you need to select another then back to your updated one in the arming window to see it work

if i recall correctly, with dual monitors i was able to run photoshop on one and the game (possibly in a window) on the other

can't say for sure .. its been quite a few years now
