    i finally got it to work on my comp. this is what i did:

    1. uninstalled BIA
    2. uninstalled nero(forgot i had it)then reboot
    3. stopped all NAV (anti-virus) services
    4. installed game
    5. launched game with minimum setting (just in case)

    it's working good so far. i'm running the game with the anti-virus off
