When in zoom mode - Sam is kinda drunk rock. When out of zoom - normal
I don't like the aiming too. it could be less sensitive. noteice the aim reticle when Sam waves the gun (any gun). the reticle expands completely and you got to wait to get a more accurate shot.
Chances are that they are using a console. Hard to aim with thumb than with a mouse. Any decent player on PC can quickly get a bead on a target.
But on PC you can only aim better if you define the sensitivity to low values (and aim in sloooow motion). I only think that Sam, as an agent with lots of experience in warfare technology should be more accurate when handling a gun.
Maybe the guy aiming didn't know that Left Trigger is to hold Sam's breath.

Well, that video of the shoot-happy player seemed to show that the 5-7 may be a but more powerful now; It killed in a headshot in 1 (which it sometimes did) but also killed someone with 1 body shot.
It would be neat if you could shoot thier hands to get them to drop their weapon before taking them out.

yes it would indeed...
Firstly I had a feeling, that in zoom mode, player had slow FPS
