    i have a brand new xps laptop with the latest nvidia chip and it glitches to the point where i cant read the menu

    Which video card are you using? Also what driver version/date are you running for that card. I included the list of supported video cards for the game. If you are not using one of the cards listed below unfortunately I can't guarantee compatibility, however please make sure you have downloaded the latest drivers for it.

    Supported Video Cards at Release Time:
    NVIDIA GeForce 6800/7600-7950/8600-8800/9600-9800/GTX 260-280 series
    ATI RADEON X1650-1950/HD 2400-2900/3650-3870/4650-4870 series
