Anyone else finding the game really really hard on normal....everything is stacked against player...perhaps this a PvP designated game cos although it looks nice the campains are impossible on normal.

i find this game easier now then the beta was on normal..the beta was kicking my @@@,the retail version,not so much

it just takes some time to learn your factions its not that hard on Normal

Really? Not that hard? There is a ton of post saying its to hard. I'm playing on easy and I cant even get past the first campaign. It needs to be tweeked down a lot. "Easy" mode should be.. hmmm... I don't know, easy? You shouldn't have to keep redoing fights over and over to lose less units in order to progress.

LOl it`s very easy

Just make sure you know if your hero is might affinity or magic

wow someone is mad..... If your losing tons and tons of guys fighting maybe your hero set up isn't working well for you. I myself am not finding it "hard" on normal if you are my answer would be to practice alot more. How many heroes have u played?

Must be "hard" on normal for players who aren't vets at any HoMM

There are only three difficulty modes. I'm glad that "normal" offers some challenge, because that way when you get more familiar with the game, you can continue to improve and find challenges. If "normal" was like "easy", then you'd outgrow "hard" in just a few weeks.

There is nothing wrong with playing the game on "easy" for a while. As long as you're having fun, the label of the mode you play on doesn't matter.

In custom matches I find that the player AI on normal isn't that challenging. I had to force them to make moves they'd only ever try to attack open cities. P.S for hero killing the Shackles artifact is sooo helpful
