This is insane, I've looked everywhere for a file to mod for the controls, they are totally unplayable right now, seems we need a x360 controller, I can't afford it 80$ is too much for me, why can't I use my own controller, that's the third game I can't customize my controls on, I'm really tired of theses X360 gamepad only support company.

I'll guess they will probably think we downloaded the game since its the night and stores aren't open yet (at least in Canada), I've got my game from a friend working at ebgames.

Here is a solution for the ones that want to use a non Micro$oft gamepad with this great game and be able to customize the buttons and such...

Xpadder it allows you to remap any keyboard and mouse functions onto any gamepad you can have, works wonder with this game.

I too am absolutely dumbfounded that I can't map individual keys - what is the point of a configuration screen if I can't configure my controls?

Trying to do a handbrake turn with the ALT key is a pain!

I use PC to play games with a mouse and keyboard; I DON'T have - indeed I DON'T WANT - a gamepad or whatever!

My temporary work around is to remap one of my mouse buttons to ALT, using the Intellipoint driver/config - but honestly, I shouldn't have to do this in a PC game!!

I can see a "theme" appearing to all these controller complaints.

If we, as mere, muppets who buy these games can see the issues within seconds of setting the game up...how on earth can't the wally's who developed and published this pile of poop realised it during the alleged hours and months it took to make it ?

I got over the fact I couldnt remap the controls as soon as i'd played a couple of missions - this game is good fun! I took Dodge34's advice and hooked it up with Xpadder and it works a treat - great game and thanks!
