I see in the news that Nival has been purchased by Ener1, a US publisher of console (uck) games.

Will this have any effect on development of Heroes V?

No change so far as we're concerned. There's even a fake press release going around about Nival not doing Heroes V- not true. No change, they're still hard at work making what will surely be a most amazing and splendid game.

A classic even!
