    installed on dell computer because my main machine won't install directx because of some cabinet file is not trusted ok i can deal with that. I install it and patch it on my dell machine p4 3.0ghz ht with 2 gigs of ddr and a 7300gs with 84.21 drivers. Every time I run it i get my monitor saying freq out of range even though its set to 60hz and vsync is on. turning it on and off and app controlled does nothing. turning my refresh rate up to 72hz does nothing also. Anyone got any ideas? or is vegas fit for the trash
