I'm looking into the issue as to why the system requirements listed are a little... lacking in certain areas, though according to a few posts by Cyan employees on The Lyst, a community mailing / discussion list, the game IS compatible with Tiger (10.4). My guess on the "10.3.9 recommended" thing would be that it's a tech / customer support issue, as with the drop of Windows 98/ME from the PC's supported OS list. Ubi may not have an in-house staff versed enough with Tiger and its potential quirks to be able to fully recommend its use over Panther or Jaguar.

Nice -- I see your FAQ posting:
Supported OS: OS Xâ® 10.2.8â€"10.4.1 (UbiSoft's page incorrectly reports the game as compatible only up to 10.3.9. According to Cyan staffers, the game is Tiger-compatible). Thanks for the good work!
