How do you set up planes to launch from a moving carrier? I did what the book says but it still doesn't want to work.

Takeoff waypoint on the carrier deck, then set the target for the waypoint to the carrier. Worked for me.

[DD_NL]

1) Place the carrier
2) Place your AC a little bit behind the carrier, over the water.
3) Under Waypoint check TakeOff.
4) Under Waypoint select Target; select the carrier.
5) Add the rest of your waypoints.
6) Place the last waypoint close to the carrier.
7) Under Waypoint select Landing.
8) Under Waypoint select Target; select the carrier.
