Great, now they don't even have to give out A's to molest kids, lol.
"The basis of our governments being the opinion of the people, the very first object should be to keep that right; and were it left to me to decide whether we should have a government without newspapers, or newspapers without a government, I should not hesitate a moment to prefer the latter.[Europe], under pretence of governing they have divided their nations into two classes, wolves and sheep. If once [the people] become inattentive to the public affairs, you and I, and Congress, and Assemblies, judges and governors shall all become wolves. " - Thomas Jefferson

I'm sure they'll cope with it without problems, but if you need a hand, give me a call.....

How can you tell I'm bored, there's not much for me to do on my own well behaved forums.

Nothing like an accidental/negligent discharge to start your day during the pledge of allegiance. Mrs Baxter in 5th grade english will be startled by the track coaches starter blank revolver and waste anyhting that moves in her hallway.
I am incapable of debate and will refrain from doing so

This is what makes it a good idea. Just knowing that a teacher/administrator MIGHT be 'packing' would be enough to deter a number of incidents.

When I was in High School in the early 60's "school shootings" were unheard of. Of course, in a lot of cases STUDENTS brought firearms to school on a regular basis. In the more rural areas, danged near everyone had a rifle of shotgun during hunting season for use after school. Hell, I was on my HIGH SCHOOL RIFLE TEAM!

You've been watching too many of those old "wild west" movies. That's the same argument that has been made everytime a state went to licensed concealed carry, and it's been proven false in every case.

Would any of you "anti-carry" folks want to fly in a DF server where YOU have to fly with no ammo, and a big icon declaring that, whilst everyone else has ammo? That's what you are asking law abiding citizens to do if you are "anti-carry".

So, it won't be the "wild west" it will be "world war 2"? That makes me feel much better.
