After pressing second, third and fifth blue button I can see darkened tiles from balconey, bur after moving to floor of puzzle the tiles will not darken to show proper path. I have re-set puzzle and tried again with no luck.

Graphics card and driver version please. There is a bug under certain circumstances where the floor is all white.

Graphics Card is an NVIDIA GE Force with up to date drivers, the card is about 3 years old.

Have you read through Uru: Installing Video Drivers With Win XP.?

Ge Force what? It sounds like your drivers are too recent for your card and URU. More details please.
