Ok, I've seen a lot of the "Black screen, Crash to desktop" problems. It seems that most people are nVidia users. I have a suggestion: There are 2 versions of the demo, try the other!

And Here: 155MB US version: http://www.fileplanet.com/files/130000/131434.shtml

The US version was released a week after the UK version because ppl were having these exact problems. So, possibly you downloaded the wrong demo. I'm about to download the 105 and see if I have any problems with it.

Ok guys. I just got the other version, and I too crash to desktop, so it's not just a Nvidia problem, it's a demo problem. I'll now see if I can fix it.

As I stated before, I found that I couldn't run the other demo version. But, in the demo folder, there is an .exe file labled: CheckApplication. Click on it and run it to see if your demo works. Mine did.
