i'm at the part where you just get your fourth sand chamber and you line up all the towers so the water go's through all the drains. After you do that on of the locks opens up. After that there's a door that you need to open by pressing a button.How do you open up the door???

Mind that door, it is for a later stage. Leave the room the way you entered it!

There is a life upgrade near the turnstile lever.
I would recommend finding it before tumble rolling under water under the door.
