Follow Me. It clears up *some* rumors, but the guy obviously has no clue what he is talking about in the Splinter Cell 2 question. He's just a marketing director.

He's just a marketing director who happens to work for UBI.

Lol I think he knows what he's talking about - so far all I've heard on the debate are user's opinions, but this is straight from a knowledgable source.

I will still think of it by its name, SC:PT, but with the mental confirmation that it is a continuation of the storyline, and in effect, a sequel.

spam_fisher: Yeah, he is "just" a marketing director for UBI, but woud the devs send someone out to the press who doesn't know what he's talking about, which would give the game extremely negative press? It makes more sense to send someone who will answer the questions truthfully, not to make gamers find out the hard way that "official" features were really just part of a marketing scam.

Dridgeon: Perhaps you missed this sentence?

"We gathered up all the rumors we could find and took them to Ubisoft's Xavier Fouilleux, U.S. Brand Manager for Pandora Tomorrow."

Its called that Ubi was given a list of questions in advance and then they selected the questions that they were going to answer and then supplied him with the answer to be given. That way certain questions are not asked and :surprise" game information is not given out.And most of the answers were vague and open ended with the exception of the obvious ones. So again I ask does he work for Ubi or Congress.
