Empty HQ - Unable to Progress | Forums

I have submitted my query to tech support and was referred here so here goes:

In the city Pala where the two HQs are located, there is an exclamation point signifying a mission at the UFLL Headquarters (only at UFLL, nothing at APR). When I go to the HQ, am stripped of my weapons, and head inside, I notice something: it is empty! All of the doors are closed, both upstairs and downstairs. Nothing is flashing that I can pick up with the exception of the save box and medikit. This makes it impossible for me to progress my story mode - any tips?

i have same exact error. cant find a solution. also this is a bug no matter wat tech tells you. there idiots
