Welcome to the Ubi version of "Realism"
apparently they wear glasses or something and are not aware that there are ppl who actually see clearly. (even during combat)
As a matter of fact the more chaotic it got the better I seemed to focus.

as for the Blur.
its when you get shot, even a person with perfect eyesight can have it go bad when injured in such a manner as being shot, and thats what it plays on.
its supposed to be that moment where your body is under such extreme stress your senses are dullened and it urges you to get behind your cover again.
What gives me a giggle is that on a PC that can handle the game, it isnt blurry.
