    Hello, I've played all the HoMM games and I never forget what an artifact or an ability looks like. That's why I was shocked to find it another game, which as far as I could tell, was not associated with Ubisoft.The game is an MMO, named "Ministry of War". They used what appears to be art directly from HoMM V skills and artifacts. I'm wondering if this is an infringement. Here is a link for some screenies. Compare them to the pendent of mastery artifact and the enlightment skill, among others (like leadership).

    In the first pic, the books are directly from H5's Enlightenment skill (basic and advanced). In the second pic, the break into the mountains thumb is H5's pendant of mastery. I would say these guys are the same ones that make Evony and they have ripped off games like AoE. I would say it is time for Ubi to go after these guys

    Yeah I actually talked to an admin about the situation. I gave him a link to the HommV skills and pointed em out. They claimed they aren't the same -.- . At that point I just went straight here to vent.
