Are you open to new Hero names? | Forums

A thread in the public forums just made me think of this... I know you're probably not far enough along in the production process to worry about naming specific heroes, but I was wondering if you would be open to some of us proposing names when the time comes?

For instance... *ahem*

I've always been fond of the name Nihilex, especially for a necromancer (or even a demon). The etymology being "nihil" or nothing, with an "-ex", which could be "out of", or just a cool ending.

Ok, enough of feeding my ego.

I'm also not attached to any previous heroes (my favorite from H1, Rebecca, never made it to H2) so I'm all for completely new heroes. Let the whiners whine!

And FV, in Knights of the Old Repbulic 2, there is a sith lord called Darth Nihilus. Close to what you were looking for.
