Just bought the game and installed it.
Once I start it up, I get a black screen with....

ERROR: Failed to load 'shaders\Particles.ShaderLib'. Engine will not run.

How do you fix this? :/

What are your exact System Specs ?? Post a DXDIAG. Assuming your specs are above the minimum requirements, I suggest you do a FRESH install of the game again.

Try doing a Clean install from scratch, but first delete all the Game entries from your drive. After that PATCH the Game to the latest version, if needed.

Do you have the Retail copy, or the Game was downloaded from STEAM ??
