I have just rented the game recently and i have proceeded to the second level and when i try to select all of my units it only selects the unit type that is under my cursor. So my cursor is over my light infantry. I press select all and all my infantry is selected but not my artillery. Now is this a fixed thing or can i correct this mistake? What can i do about this?

You can use the "selection circle" by pressing the R2 button. Once you press it a circle appears and you can "paint" with it, every unit under the circle will be added to the selection.

And the 'select all' button always select the units with the same type as the one under the cursor.
