Thread: Any Christmas songs DLC? | Forums

  1. #1
One of the nice things about playing guitar is that you can play with your family.

It would be kind of nice to have some christmas songs inside Rocksmith to help me get ready for the holidays.

Perhaps not the normal hard core market, but licensing shouldn't be too much of an issue

I think that is a good idea.

Please no. Xmas music makes me want to punch snowmen. Hopefully Ubisoft will focus their resources elsewhere.

I haven't heard that. I'll have to check it out. stuff like that or, like I said in an earlier post, some Trans Siberian Orchestra would be great.

Actually, I can get behind this a bit.
Jingle Bells, Frosty the Snowman, Rudolph, Silver Bells, etc. Songs without a strong religious bent so almost anyone -especially kids- can enjoy them.

On a related note, songs like The Star Spangled Banner, Happy Birthday, etc. should probably be in every musician's repetiore and they are in the Public Domain I imagine.

Sandler's Turkey Song or Hanukkah Song seem pretty easy. Not sure about licensing though.

TSO & Gary Hoey would be pretty cool...

Surprisingly, "Happy Birthday" is not in the public domain.
