is there a major difference Between high and medium settings for this, i mean anything really noticble mines set at hight at the moment but in sum of the indoor place with lots of lighting effects it slows to about 30 fps i was wondering if if i set it to medium would i notice much diff in the frame rate and image quality or shud i just leave it at high

It seems that the only difference is the real shiny effects you see on stuff (getting technical here ) - like metal floor/grates etc

I find the real killer is shadows, try turning these to medium.

I have shadows turned to low now and lighting to high i seem to get 40 - 80 fps everywhere now all the rest are up to very high and Medium AA

Would be aprechiated if sumone could upload 2 pics of the exact same part one with Lightning at high and one at medium if sumone could

cant say about medium-high but going from medium to low gives me about 2-3 times the FPS (not exageration) but it looks a little flat.
