Eggs?
Contains all the essential amino acids, Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, and one of the few widely available sources of Vitamin D.
Everything the growing man needs.
They taste like poop however.
Eat them raw.
It's like tasteless cold sick.

Eggs rule, after bacon they're my favourite vegetable. I'm particularily fond of having my eggs served as strawberry and cream pavlova.

I have friends who live in the valley and have chickens. Fresh eggs are so much better than the store bought ones.
Ducks eggs, now they rock.
