Video analysis and intelligence gathering [Updated 06-04-12]

This project is for all those thirsty for information about Splinter Cell 6. Whenever a new video or other interview is released, let's tear it apart in search of information! I call upon everyone to watch, re-watch, slow down, pause, zoom in on, and discuss new videos so we can find out anything and everything we possibly can. Post new videos if you think they may contain something interesting in the background. (preferably the highest quality you can find)

-Confirms work on a sixth Splinter Cell game
-Confirms presence of Jade Raymond, Maxime Beland, and other leading developers.
-Suggests that development is well underway

-Suggests a more traditional style by showing Sam in a black 3E eclipse suit and trifocal goggles.
    -Introduces the term "Broken Arrow"

-Confirms that Ubisoft is doing motion captured stunt work for a game involving cutscenes, hand to hand combat, disarmaments, cover based manuvers, and gunplay with modern assult rifles.

-A little insight into the studio and some photos of the team at work. No major developments.

    [Update 5-30-12]
    http://www.xboxgamezone.co.uk/2012/0...ps3-and-wii-u/

-Reports unconfirmed by Ubisoft that the now titled 'Splinter Cell: Blacklist' is to be revealed at E3 2012 and released January 2013 for Xbox 360, PS3, and Wii U.
-In the hours following this development, early news articles and links to the original source began quietly disappearing.

Looks like it's the PC of a gametester. It seems that they are already testing new stuff they added to the game.
Looking at the right screen there is a artwork or something. It's shows a person but cannot say who it is.

Pictures are all black and white... are they including the night vision? Well that's a wild guess though.

I found two points of interest in this video. The first is .... On that screen we see text reading "Spl-" (Splinter Cell?)and then some kind of animation

    Thoughts?
Split Pea Soup. They are taking a page from the NOLF series and placing a recipe for soup somewhere as an intelligence item

At about 1:14, an employee's computer screen seems to say something along the lines of "Great Building Collection."

This makes me think that they could be using some of the buildings pictured as inspiration for the setting of the game.

I really like the idea of this thread (Y), great one mate

at 1:11 you can see the same screen where the team is gathering around, there is a character pic or something on it, it is so small yet kinda feel like Kobin's

at 1:!4 what is that page ?!, those places maybe places where SC6 will take place, probably an inspiration places or something, i don't think this point matter

at 1:26 i will go with Andre, if you look so close to the 5 pics on the left, on the first one you will be able to see a character body

All the time Jade Raymond still looking good

btw on 1:26 there is alot of writing on the board, i tried to read anything but they got a very bad hand writing, so if anyone could break the code and be able to read it, we will gain more info

so when will there be a 2nd video to tear apart ?!

Edit: sorry if some of my points are already posted, i didn't see the replays till later

I noticed the page says something similar to "3D Models" towards the bottom. There are also some words that I think say "Architecture", though I'm not sure. It makes sense that they would start with location first. You can't have a game if you don't have a proper setting.

Agree, but it gives a feeling, for example in old SC there is no way you would say "yes i saw that building on my way home", they are more of a fiction, while with these, it may look like more real models, things that got more public feeling to it, like SCC (Kobin's Mansion, The Cafe Street, Lincoln Mmemorial, ...etc) so we may figure out the type of places SC6 will take place in

IF the altair model is representing people's earlier work, i guess when it comes to movement and character models, SC6 ain't gonna look bad!

It could ofcourse just be inspiration as it's a game previously made by Ubisoft, but here's to hoping
I love to steal a guard's teddybear... i don't know why, but i love it.
