There's two ways:

1. Through Facebook. Click the "Invite Friends" button which is below the actual game screen. That will send invitations directly through Facebook.

2. Post your request to Add More Friends here:

@Krystal, If I'm not stepping on Mr_Crimes toes I'd like to add, just in case you are not familiar with the fact that to add people to being your CSI-friend they first need to be a Facebook friend. As is the case with many FB games.

You can use current friends or as Mr_Crime mentioned use the to the thread to invite people to be your friend.
