R6 Vegas Single Player Crash, need help :) | Forums

Hi folks, i keep getting random crashes on R6V.

My pc spec is-

Intel Quad 6600
XFX 8800ultra XXX
4 gig Corsiar Dominator ram
Abit Falality Mobo.
Vista Ultimate 64

The system event viewer gives me this info on the crash -

Faulting application R6Vegas_Game.exe, version 0.0.0.0, time stamp 0x4697fda1, faulting module R6Vegas_Game.exe, version 0.0.0.0, time stamp 0x4697fda1, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x0158ecf9, process id 0x6d8, application start time 0x01c7e27c556f5a22.

I have tried all updates, even re installs and same problem persists.
There is no overheating probs, i have run NVMonitor in background, and at peak temp in game it was 78, which is well within accepted range.

It crashes me back to desktop at random times with the error mark, Dispaly driver stopped responding, and has now recovered.
Im on driver 162.22.

Any idea how i can fix this problem?
