ok i don't quite uderstad all of whay you said but tiink in part of it you mentioned SH4 is hard to find in your shops and you are worried that this is going to happen with SH5 dude just buy it from amazon

Yes we all hope that SH5 will be readily available in all country's
on its release.
As doogerie said if you have trouble getting it as you did with SH4
there are plenty of on-line sites including E-bay that will have it available
to purchase soon as it is in the stores.

Properly translated or not, Kenny-2 at least took the effort in posting some thing in English that every body could read. That the translator did a bad job in correctly formating it, thats not kenny-2 his problem. So give the guy some credit for trying!
If SH5 will be available in shops near you I can't say, but I know that you can order it online from the ubisoft shop (when it gets released). You have to own a credid card (visa, mastercard, etc) and the ship it to Belgium.
But you still have the option to pay the dutch man a visit and obtain your copy in Holland
