Whap happens if you are in the middle of a game and get kiled and reload a saved game?

Do you have to enable everything again, and each time?

6800 Ultra

1. HDR

2. Vegetation

3. Normal map Compression

4. Geominstancing? (Should be default for 6800 right?)

Shader Path (Should be default right?)

Also real importtant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I shut down everything from MSCONFIG, and reboot prior to playing? Am I covered with a firewall, with XP Service Pack 2?

Is it normal to have the Temp of my card about 66 C during game play. My Processor, or Ambient temp runs about 49C. I have an aluminum case.

I may be parnoid, but I burned out a processor and Mother board on my old maching, because it wasn't done correctly.

Last Thing-Why Is Anti Aliasing off, doesen't the game use it?

no it saves your console settings.

yes you will be exposed if you turn everything off in ms config.

your card a mobo temps are fine mine run about the same.

hdr cannot be used with antilaising on otherwise the whole map will be water.

i like aa better then hdr so i dont use hdr.

1) Your shader path is automatcially set by the game depending on how high you set your settings at or if you specifically set it in your system.cfg file.
2) You are covering by the XP firewall, but then again, you might not be able to connect/play online depending on your settings.
