Do you pick your workout from the calendar? This is a bit confusing for me because on the calendar it will say it is a cardio day, but it goes to the body scan to pick what body part to workout. The suggested body part for the day shows as Chest.Am I missing something here?

I'm not sure if i totally understand your question... but today i did cardio with it focusing on my chest. I added that i wanted to use weights into my workout. I spent a lot of time doing cardio and every now and then we do some weights that focuses on my chest. So i think that you will do an all over cardio workout but it will make sure that some of the exercises specifically target that chosen area?

What if i do not want to do cardio? How do i change this setting to something else, for example, flexibility?
