Sup guys,
Well I was just thinking back to the vehicles in Far Cry 2, they were actually a pretty cool idea, but again, they got too repetative and I just felt they could have really improved the physics and the feel of driving. So far we've seen a glimpse of the new jeeps in the E3 demo, and I hope to see a few more varieties. Hopefully damage will be a little more improved, or upgrades depending on how much enemy fire will be taken? Maybe one or two different animations than the old lifting up of the hood and cranking :P haha Maybe better sound effects, gearing, normal things that I think would definietly add to the experiance. And my memory is a bit shady but could we shoot whilst driving? I forgot haha, would be cool if they allowed it. Anyways Peace guys.

I think it would be alot better too if they added acceleration to the cars too. In FC2 the car was at top speed within a second, it should be able to go really fast!

Also, I saw an interview somewhere and Dan Hay said he'd driven, Flown over the island! So I think we'll see flyable helicopters and maybe planes.

I'd like to see more civilian vehicles in multiplayer, more variety. Not always something with a turret on top of it. They do need better handling and acceleration than FC2 had, and getting in and out should be quicker, more like they were in FC Pred. And we definately need to be able to place MANY more vehicles in the map editor this time around. The other improvement would be more water based vehicles. Bring back the jetskis and speedboats that were absent in FC2. That made water based maps useless and water maps were incredibly fun and a staple among Instincts/Pred map making.

As far as air traffic goes, helis are about all I can imagine fitting in multiplayer, but if the area of the single player is big enough like in Just Cause 2, planes would be cool to fly around it.

Yea man, but I do doubt that there will be planes :/ and I believe if they put in helicopters, they should put them in with the best of their ability. Regarding Jetski's, hopefully they will, but we have to see a wider view of the map to see if there are actually any large scale areas of water. My guess so far with that E3 demo, is we'll have some sort of boat, probably speed boats hopefully.

And guys, in GAMESCOM 2011, will FarCry 3 be there?

Hahahaha definitely like the idea of a lambo but yea the post before about the glider kind of thing, looks really cool. Guess we'll just have to wait for a few reveals about the game.

A hang glider is a damn must in a FC game, both FC1 & FC2 had them.
