Sceenshots. press PRNTSCRN on your keyboard. the screenshot will be put into folder ....Lockon\screenshots.

Movies. Much more complex. Not a movie maker myself, but as I understand it, basically you record a track by pressing CNTRL/R instead of FLY, save it when you finish your mission, then edit that track (CNTRL/E) keep stopping the playback with the S key, change the view (eg F2 view or F3 view etc) and use the numeric keypad to alter the camera angle and zoom in or out as you wish and save that track. Then whilst also running a frame capture program such as FRAPS, you start Lockon again and play back the track you edited. Then use a program such as Sony Vegas to do your final video editing of the FRAPS footage, sound track editing, visual effects. A lot of work to do a Lockon movie...

If you intend to use the in-game AVI recorder, then edit the track as Brit_Radar_Dude described. Otherwise, if using www.fraps.com simply play back the track, find the angles and views you'd like to use and capture your footage with fraps as you see it. Using half speed playback while the fraps engine is running gives you a smoother playback for use in editing software, where you can speed it up again to normal speed (i.e. gives you more frames per second). Bottom line, when capturing with Fraps, any time you hit your frap key, you'll record exactly what you see. Then all you have to do is learn to set up the views, clean up the screen (remove the info bar -- "Y" key), set the playback speed and unpause while starting fraps. Once you're happy with one clip stop fraps, pause the game again and set up your next view... and so on!!! x a few hundred.

Believe it or not, fraps is actually a LOT quicker than using the in-game AVI feature, even though it is still a lot of work to get the shots you're looking for.
