    That is not the meaning off a dedicated server. U only host a game and thats it.

    In your Default.ini there is a line "StartupFullscreen=True". I am guessing that if you change True to False, Versus will be windowed. Don't see how you can play this game @ windowed but it's your call.

    So you want to run your dedicated server full screen. But you want to run a normal game windowed... WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU??

    nothing is wrong with me lol im just asking and
    though my video card isnt soo good it runs smoother with windowed soo i just wanted to give it a try
