So far I finished inferno, stronghold and necro campaign (in that order). But Im a bit (read a lot) confused after finishing necro campaign. Why is Uriel pwned by demons in front of emperor Liam, when I beated him personaly with Anastasia?

If you follow the dialogue closely you can pick up on the fact that you aren't actually physically fighting Uriel, you are actually assaulting Uriel's mind (reversing the link he used to cause Anastasia to kill her father). After you defeat his mind he simply stops in his fight with the demons and his physical form is overwhelmed.
Well I noticed im atacking his mind, but I still have no idea what are demons near the emperor, why isnt he helping and why is Uriel right there

you should have done the campign in the order they are listen,
Necron, Haven etc
Do Haven Campaign and it will become clear whats going on
But i so hate playing for haven (since heroes 2) and sanctuary (never liked water magic and ice generaly)![]()

Mm, you'll find you'll likely end up using Air Magic just as much, or more than Water when playing Sanctuary really...I know I did.
They focus heavily on both schools, not just Water alone. And they're probably two of the most effective schools to use, mostly as Blood...but Tears isn't too bad either.
And personally I don't enjoy some factions either, but in order to get the full story...you'll have to play them all in the Campaigns at least.
But if you did read the dialogue during the Necropolis Campaign, you'd have realised you're only fighting within his mind and you kill his will when you defeat him...and that's the reason why he just topples over like a sack of cow dung and the demons have at him like blowflies.
And the Campaigns constantly mention a Demon Invasion after an Eclipse, it's even mentioned in the Necropolis Campaign quite visually...Uriel is there with the Emperor to fight them off.
It'd go into full detail of how that all happens in the Haven Campaign, but it is mentioned in the others a fair bit, so it shouldn't be hard to miss.
i never like inferno or haven before this game so i had a pleasent suprise in the campaigns. Even so im sure u can manage for the storyline
