Did the D'ni only play with 32 cards? It's such an odd number. Maybe it's a French thing.

I don't speak much Dn'i but I am certain that they have as much numbers as we do but with a base of 5.

So this means 1: |I|
And this means 5: |-| (rotated 90â?)
Six would be |+| (mixed)

But I am sure you know all about that!

BTW the 32 cards a nice but quite ordinary besides the Myst IV backprint.

Its not quite base 5, its base 25. Nothing to do with 32. But you can't have 4 suits in 25.
Why, do the playing cards only come with 32 in the collectors edition? What the... how can you play games with that?

D**n you for getting the collectors edition! Why Don't we get it Here!!!!! I'm so upset I had to post and At least you get 32 cards where as I get NONE! so stop complaining.

I find it extremely odd that little off-in-the-corner Australia gets a CE, but that the US doesn't. I mean, what gives? Much as I hate to say it, there's a lot more of them Yanks than us aussie blokes.

Sorry ArCaNa, I know it sucks. But what we're trying to say is, the collectors edition really doesn't have much in it. You don't need the cards, trust me. Go buy a deck from your newsagent, they will be playable.
You can download 2 of the movies "Access", and "Music", from www.mysterium.com, and the third, "Alive" can be seen on the website, so there are only 2 new movies. The soundtrack is also very small.

The reason its available in "off-in-the-corner Australia" (thats OK 'cuz the poster is Aussie, we're allowed to make fun of ourselves!) is because apparently there are more Myst fans here. There *are* a lot on these forums!

OK not saying this is right or not but I believe that since the cards have French written on them and sicne there are 32 cards that this is probably a 'Bridge' card set.
