    I don't want to waste any time playing this game if the new patch didn't fix the getting stuck issue or game save bug. So can someone tell me if the new patch fixed these problems?

    It fixed mine. But I was loading a save from the middle of last mission.

    I was stuck @ 27% with no one at Pala to assign new mission. Not sure about yours.

    It won't hurt to give it a try unless you need to start from scratch.
