Server starts, then stops immediately. Please Help!!! | Forums

I'm trying to set up a SA RvS server on a remote box. I edited my server.ini file (and have also tried the default server.ini file) and have tried:
1.Launching the UCC.exe from the folder,
2.From cmd prompt, browse to folder, enter ucc server.
3.using the default .bat file (edited and unedited)
4.Running the above tests on both my remote box in Dallas, as well as my home PC. No need to discuss ports yet I believe, I just want to get the process started so I can begin testing.
5.I have tried version 1.41 as well as 1.6.

For some reason, when I launch the ucc.exe it brings up a dos window and then closes right away. It doesn't appear that it is doing anything on the dos window If i look at the process through task manager while I launch it, it shows up in the process list then disappears a second later.

Any ideas?
