    Hi all!

I am having no luck logging on to the Ubisoft page to send messages. So, I am hoping someone from Ubisoft might be watching.

There are a few points I would like to raise about SH V. Maybe some readers can anawer for them.

    1. Could the harbours, particularly the layouts of Piers and Wharves, simulate what the real ports looked like. Locks are no an issue, but the correct harbour or port configuration would add to the realism. I have done quite a bit of work on this and would be happy to provide Ubisoft with what I have, free and without conditions.

    2. Is there some way of communicating with other boats at sea at the same time we are? If so, other boats could report to a homing signal and respond to orders from B.d.U.

    3. Could the Enigma codes be incorporated into the sim for those who want them?

    4. To proceed as did the real U-boats, greater intelligence would be a real bonus, as would the stream of communications from B.d.U.

I go to a lot of trouble to replicate my KTB's, FTB's and Riring solutions, even to the exetent of completing all the paperwork showing the plot and expenditure of the torpeoes. Anyone interested in the templates let me know and I will gladly pass them on. Get me on:

    E-mail removed for safety reasons.

    Cheers

    Hi Ironoutlaw34c,

    Welcome aboard.

Just a suggestion, I think it is best to put your questions up on the top stickies "Community Q&A" so GKane can read them in one thread

A harbor is a harbor, no matter how it's laid out.
Do you have any resources such as plans?

Probably not much around anymore in the way of detailed pictures or architectural layouts.

I would be happier to see the Panama Canal placed on the map. Good luck getting a U-boat through there.
