ect is an abbreviation that means electroconvulsive therapy

I think most posters really mean - etc.
etc means et cetera

et cetera means unspecified additional items. (odds and ends)

et cetera also means a number of unspecified additional persons or things.

Thats what I mean by doing that,...I have played this game enough that thats what I need ,....some of that therapy stuff

I can also see how we can start to get working on it too:

I'd suggest that if you feel you have expertise in a particular of SHIV, be it technical or game play, to put it down in a Word document to begin with, with any picture links you want to include, which you can later add to, or edit as needed.

Maverick has kindly offered to undertake the 'Online Gaming' gaming aspect. Perhaps if other members chose a topic and posted their commitment to it here, it will save any duplication.

This is going to be a very exciting project I'm sure, and one that embodies what the community is all about - helping each other

We are starting to pick up a head of steam Plenty more topics to be covered - Just shout if you want to take one. This has the potential to shape up to be a true Community effort - which ultimately it should be
