Well I have been trying to get a response from PB so the issue could be resolved..Anybody else try to contac them and found a solution? Below is the current communication from them :
Trouble Ticket History:

Note #9: HI - I wanted to follow up with this issue. Last night several R6 - Raven Shield gamers got kick out and they were asking and asking if there was a fix yet, if anybody would know. They play and again booted and they come back again. It happens every day. Please Help us resolve this issue. Rainbow Six - Raven Shield is the only game we got left from the Tom Clancy and Rainbow six games that start-up from Rogue Spear. There is basically a bunch of still Play RVS and to have this happens is just not fair.
Thanks,

Note #8: I'm Running The basic Linksys router firewall and the basic windows XP Sp2 firewall. I have Raven Shield allowed on the Linksys.

Note #7: Which firewall do you run?
04/17/2009 12:12:16 - "Sanchez"
Note #6: OK yesterday I got kick out numerous times, for all kind of things. Including the same error as before. When I entered a ticket before for this same issue I was told to the the same thing, you guys suggested on note #5. I did it and that did not solve the problem. However I want to make sure I do this correctly in case I did not last time. So could you please explain a little more this part?
"You will need to allow/unblock the services PnkBstrA.exe and PnkBstrB.exe from your "C:\Windows\system32\" folder"
and
"After the installation process you will only find PnkBstrA, so just make sure this process file is not blocked. in case of a kick, check if PnkBstrB was created and unblock it too"
I remember I went to C:\Windows\system32\" folder before but I don't recall doing anything there since I didn't know where exactly to allow/unblock PnkBstrA.exe and PnkBstrB.exe Could you please elaborate this in detail, so I can make sure I'm doing this right. I want to solve this problem as soon as possible.
Thanks again for the ongoing support!

Note #5: Please start pbsvc.exe and run through the uninstall process. After that, run it again and run through the install process. Make sure it uninstalls/installs correctly. Reboot the computer and then try playing again. Vista users need to start it explicitly with admin rights.
Please make sure you allow the service files in security software like virus scanners and/or firewalls. You will need to allow/unblock the services PnkBstrA.exe and PnkBstrB.exe from your "C:\Windows\system32\" folder (or "C:\Windows\SysWOW64\" on 64bit systems). In case of doubt, manually add both to your firewall's allow list. After the installation process you will only find PnkBstrA, so just make sure this process file is not blocked. Then try playing on a PB enabled server, in case of a kick, check if PnkBstrB was created and unblock it too.

Note #4: Hi, I was wondering if you guys working on this issue. I have not received any response for a while.
Thanks,

Note #3: No I do not run "Window live One Care". So whats is the next step? for the solution to the problem? I'm holding here and waiting for a solution for once and all. As I said it is not fair that this new update will mess up The Only game I have installed in my PC. Again, Prior to the new update Raven shield run fine and I could play Online for hours without getting kick out of servers. Also while in a server before I get kicked out I see others been kicked out and the automated PB message on top removing players. They come back complain and they just give up!. It is not fair! Please WE need a for this!.
Thanks,

Note #2: In case you run "Windows Live One Care", disable it's firewall. Then try playing again.

Note #1: Ticket submitted to support staff.
- Please if anybody have found a solution for this unnecessary kickis. Please post here.
