    I am unable to play a multiplayer game on Ubi.com. My online (cd/retail) key activates and then goes to my username. After I enter my pw correctly, the window goes back to the "Hotseat, Local Network, Ubi.com" option. W

    What is going on? I verified the ports are opened on router, tested user/pw on ubi.com. Is there a log I can view to find the problem?

    Currently updating from v1.0 to v1.05 patch, but is this the problem?? Please help.

    I've got the exact same issue...
    I've tried to loggin with both my;

    mailname@mail.com
    Account Username.

    When I try with the mail, I get the same error as listed above.

    When I try with the Account Username, I get an error telling me that it doesn't exist.

    I fixed the problem... all I had to do was to change my password to an more insecure one.

    This was because it wasn't possible to type some of the symbols in my password inside the game.

    Yeh, this always a problem. As for me, I found a good free online version of heroes 3, where I may play with real people -
