now that the holiday rush is coming to a close, i'm getting back to settlers i have 1.3 installed and something seems different. when i click on my "quests" and the animation appears in the lower left corner, well the person's head appears but now above it and to the right the text of what they want to say also appears...huh? that didn't used to happen (i don't think, it's been a while). the big, ugly block of text won't disappear until i click for them to start speaking. is it me and too much egg nog or did this not used to happen before 1.3? thanks for any hint as to what's going on.

You can toggle this behaviour somewhere in the options menu, "Show Subtitles" would do the job

hmmm (again), i certainly looked before i posted as that seemed obvious but didn't see anything...guess i'll have another look, thanks

it's under Sound and no, Show Subtitles is not checked. rats...grrr...again, when i check the quests to remind myself what they are the picture appears, no voice but text. i click the voice and the voice comes on and the text goes away. BEFORE (i installed 1.3) i click the quests and the picture would appear. if i wanted to then hear it i'd click the voice but i usually just wanted to see where i had to go. anyone else getting this behavior with the latest patch. not a real biggie, just irritating...
